For the second season of Coke Studios Tamil, they needed a digital art piece on a theme Tamil New Year- Pongal for the shoot of their first song called 'Kaakarattan'. The artwork is a graffiti-style representation of the urban and rural cultures of Pongal. The central concept revolves around two young girls, one from an urban setting and the other from a rural background, and their respective ways of celebrating Pongal.

DESIGN IDEA.
The design process began with the conceptualization of the main characters - two young girls from urban and rural backgrounds. The urban girl is depicted taking a selfie, symbolizing freedom and joy, while the rural girl is shown holding sugarcane (tradition of pongal), signifying the connection with nature and tradition.
